Amber has two decades of experience in project management, strategic planning, and change management. Prior to joining WCEPS, she served in senior-level roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, ACT, and as a consultant to global technology organizations. She built and managed teams responsible for multi-million-dollar portfolios of high- impact work, particularly in education. Amber has managed high-performing teams in a remote environment for over a decade. In her consulting work, she provided actionable strategic plans and capacity-building analysis to both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Amber is a voracious reader of history, overly competitive in trivia games, and goes for walks when her two dogs demand her attention.
